Tenth Annual Memorial to Memorial on Memorial Delphos Section

We will start at the Spencerville Area Veterans Memorial Park in Spencerville adjacent to the BT/NCT at the corner of Sixth St and Canal St in Spencerville. (just south of Delphos Section Point 4) We will gather at 7am and take a little time to solemnly walk through the park before starting the hike at 7:15am or when everyone has had an opportunity to pay their respects.
The hike will take us to the Memorial Park adjacent to the BT/NCT in Delphos, (mid way between Delphos Section point 7 & 
. Total length of this hike will be 9.3 miles. The Delphos Canal Museum will be open for hikers to use restrooms, etc. Shuttle will be provided back to Spencerville.

The Delphos Canal Museum will be open for hikers to use restrooms, etc. Shuttle will be provided back to Spencerville.In addition, the Delphos Veterans Council will be conducting Memorial Day commemoration activities at the Delphos Veterans Memorial at 5th and Main Streets. The parade will kick off at 10:45 a.m. in front of the Fire Station. It will turn north on Main St and break up at the Memorial. A program is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. and will last about 30 to 40 minutes.
There will be a meal at the VFW afterwards. All are invited to attend and reflect with us what Memorial Day is all about. We believe it to be our nation’s greatest holiday. Hope to see you there.
