Effective April 22, 2010 - there is a new LEAD RRP Rule.
Business men and women who perform renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities, and schools built before 1978 are to be certified and follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination. 
Additional classes will be held here in Delphos on May 4 and May 5, 2010.
