Welcome and thank you for visiting the Delphos Area Chamber of Commerce online community. Our chamber is the front door to a wealth of information to new and existing residents and businesses. The chamber is an independent group of over 275 members of small business, large industry and individuals who feel working for the economic good of Delphos is in everyone’s best interest.
The chamber provides a number of community events. The annual Canal Days celebration, held the 3rd weekend of September in downtown Delphos, attracts thousands of people from across the state. This 4 day event is kicked off with the Toast to the City on Thursday featuring specialties from local area restaurants. The festival offers a variety of activities, attractions, and entertainment for all ages.
The Hometown Christmas Celebration is a wonderful way to start the holiday season. Business After Hours, Annual Golf Outing, Quarterly Forums and the Leads Groups are just a few of the activities the chamber hosts to provide valuable networking opportunities to its members.
During the past year we have taken steps to focus the efforts of the Chamber’s activities. The chamber is excited about what lies ahead for the Delphos area. Faces may have changed throughout the years but the goals remain the same, and the current Board of Directors have continued with the commitment of service to the area, excellence in our programs and activities, and a strong support for our members. More importantly, we are committed to promoting economic growth and diversification for our local economy.
We are privileged to live in a great community, state and nation. Let us all be mindful of the rights, privileges and opportunities we have been given, and the sacrifices made by those who have protected and continue to protect them.
